Refund & Return Policy

Returns

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:

• Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business daysand automatically applied to your original payment method.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at support@khushhali.com.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned:

• Health and personal care items
• Items purchased during clearance or final sale
